And So I Watch You From Afar are a four-piece rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The band consists of Rory Friers and Niall Kennedy on guitar, Johnny Adger on bass and Chris Wee on drums

Their album launch in the Mandela Hall, Belfast will be remembered for many years to come, and it was in the days that followed this release that Tony and Rory came into the Northern Visions studios for a very different acoustic set.
