Noam Chomsky is the outspoken critic of American foreign policy. In May 1993, Noam Chomsky was invited to Belfast to give a talk organised jointly by the West Belfast Economic Forum and the Centre For Research and Documentation.

Noam details the thinking behind American foreign policy and shared his views on the current political situation in America in 1993, the Gulf War, Bush (the elder) and his former ally Saddam Hussein and the conflict in Yugoslavia.
